After nearly 20 years working in advertising and marketing, I’ve seen firsthand how much your visuals can make or break the goals you’ve set for yourself. Along the way, I learned how to build a production process that runs flawlessly—including art directing five photo shoots a year for a client with dozens of brands under one roof—and how to collaborate with like-minded creatives.
